Return Policy

At KISSA, every piece is made in small batches with care. As a growing small business, we currently offer exchanges only, not returns, except in rare situations mentioned below.

Exchange Policy
You may request an exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags intact and in their original packaging.
Exchange shipments must be sent back by the customer at their own cost, as we do not charge a delivery fee on any order.

When a Return is Accepted
We offer returns only under the following conditions:

Product not delivered - if your order has not reached you within 1 day of the scheduled delivery window.
Damaged item received - if the product arrives torn, stained, or physically damaged.
Manufacturing defect - issues related to fabric texture, printing, stitching, or finishing.
